Letting Go.

Stuck in a climbing route and unsure how to ascend, my friend encouraged me to drop to the mat. I did – begrudgingly – and glared at the wall with hands on hips.

She gently pointed out: studying the route from the ground can help. Do your arms need a rest? Climbing is as much mental as physical.

And I finally understood that stopping and resting was key to the climb.

My work with Flourish clients includes gently pointing out: stopping and studying your route can help. Do you need a rest? Your life is as much mental (& emotional & spiritual & relational) as physical.

Friends, we are made for the rhythm of climbing and resting, reaching and relinquishment.  Let’s have a conversation to see where you’re stuck.
